Teen and pre-teen programmes

Brave Minds

Brave Minds is our in-person foundational program designed to empower adolescents in their mental and emotional well-being.

This program focuses on cultivating positive daily habits and beliefs, helping girls build self-confidence, foster a positive self-image, enhance emotional regulation, and nurture healthy peer relationships.

Brave Minds addresses essential topics specific to the changes and challenges of adolescence. Our goal is to prepare girls with the skills and tools they need before they face significant hurdles, ensuring they feel equipped and supported throughout this transformative stage of life. We do this in a fun and interactive way with connection as our core pillar.

At Pretty Bold, we’re not just shaping individuals, we’re creating a supportive community where every girl feels connected, capable, and bold.

we offer this programme for intermediate and highschool. age girls. Please see our retreats for pre-teen offerings.

  • Elle & Molly

Elle is passionate about supporting teens to navigate the years that can often feel confusing and lonely. From her own journey of mental illness, Elle has learned the tools and knowledge that have helped her grow and heal. She understands that the struggles we often go through, are more universal than we realise and when we can connect and share it helps to feel not so alone. Elle is also a Mum of 3 children, she absolutely believes that anyone can BE who they want and CREATE a life to love.

Molly is a trained teacher and Mama of her beautiful young boy. She loves all things creative, getting outdoors and creating connections within the community. As someone who is continuously looking at ways to personally grow and expand, she is excited to help support others on this journey.
